CORES PREPARATION
No. 7 BZV core shooters for core productions using Cold Box technology, with a capacity range from 14 up to 40 liters.
MELTING CAPACITY / FURNACE DEPARTMENT
No. 3 “Cime” electric crucible induction furnaces of 28 tons, equipped with IGBT technology.
No. 2 “Cime” 60 tons electric crucible induction furnaces, equipped with IGBT technology.
No. 2 “Twin Cap” pressure pouring furnaces of 4 tons, dedicated to the horizontal moulding line.
No. 1 “Cap” pressure pouring furnace of 4 tons, dedicated to the vertical moulding line.
